Well there, Happy Good Friday! Two extra days off work this weekend? I’m so loving it, here’s hoping the sun shines and every one has a good time!
Dress: Asda | Boots: Tamaris at Sarenza
This dress was such an impulse by from Asda George when having a browse round one Saturday with a friend. I wasn’t meant to be buying anything but I couldn’t leave this garish print behind, especially when it cost me all of £4. I am yet to quite figure out what the animal print is- it could be a leopard as easily as it could be a dalmatian or anything else you want it to be but that doesn’t stop me loving it. It’s not even my usual size, but not wanting to miss out of something obsurd I sized up and it’s worked in my favour and has become a staple for work recently.
I’m really loving these boots right now having ignored them for months, the gold detail and pointy toe are different to anything else I own and they are just so comfortable it’s like walking on clouds all day. I’ll be glad when I can spend an entire day in heels again but I won’t be neglecting these babies any more.

The US doesn’t really do the whole bank holidays for religious occasions so life is pretty much normal here! Love that dress, especially for that price!

I saw this dress, and decided I needed it, only to discover it was totally sold out in anything above a size 10 (ie anything big enough for me). Gutted. Looks awesome on you though, I’m consoling myself that it wouldn’t have been work appropriate anyway, and I don’t think I would have worn it much outside of that kind of environment.
Best purchase, and I was skeptical and now super pleased, has been sportswear from H&M. Currently living in printed running/sports leggings- all the joy of the leggings I normally pull on with a jumper with the added benefit that they launder far easier. I didn’t think for the price point and based on experience of quality, that H&M would be able to pull it off, but 2 base layer vest tops and a pair of super cool printed leggings later, and I’m sold. They’re so awesome, I just put in a cheeky pay day order.
